RECIPE: Sauteed Sukuma Wiki for your Ugali

Ingredients:
4 bunches of collard greens
3 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 table spoon oil
A pinch of salt
Two cubes of Maggi
1 teaspoon of Royco Mchuzi mix
Wash kale and leave to drain in a colander
Chop the onions and 1 clove of garlic
1 clove garlic onions and garlic in a saucepan with two tablespoon of oil
Shallow fry until the onion is just about to be golden brown
Place the clean chopped kale in the saucepan of fried onions and garlic
Put the two Maggie cubes or season to taste.
Make a paste with Royco Mchuzi mix, add to saucepan and stir.
Shallow steam the kale on a low fire.
Approximately for at least 15 mins
Serve to eat.
