Ingredients:
4 carrots
Half lemon juice
Two cups of water
Clean the carrots and chop them into small pieces.
Put in a blender.
Pour 2 glasses of water and blend.
Sieve the carrot juice.
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweeten to your taste.
Squeeze half lemon and mix it in the juice.
Stir well and add ice cube if you wish.
Your juice is ready to drink.
